Grading Method:

Even though this a non-credit Home School course, I will be assigning grades for assignments and projects within this course.  Students will receive points and a letter grade for each assignment and project completed.  At the end of the semester, the students will receive a final grade from me and if successful completion of the course occurs, they will receive a completion certificate from me for the course.
What do the students need to do in order to earn the highest grade and a completion certificate for the course?  The requirements are below:

·        Attendance—Student will receive 5 pts per day they come to class.  Attendance is very important for your success and completion in this course.
·        Weekly Project Assignments—Student will receive weekly science project related to the topic we discussed in class that Friday to complete and to bring in the necessary required materials the following Friday.  This is the major of your final grade and completion requirements in this class!!!!!!
·        Final Solar System Project—Final Project must be completed throughout the course of the semester and presented in class on the last day of the semester.

Extra Help:

If any student needs any additional help, please have them talk to the instructor and I will be happy to set some time aside and help any student out as much as possible.

Final Note:

This class is meant to be educational but fun at the same time.  I want each and every student to learn but have fun learning at the same time.
